Memories
What a special and magical two hours I have just had with Elizabeth Madle and Bob Rowell who were part of St Christopher's Seatoun congregation for many years.
The stories and memories and photos that they shared were just outstanding.
Elizabeth was a member for over 60 years. She mentioned so many people and occasions, including the early days attending services, being involved with the Youth Group in the 50's, and about the added attraction of the Scots College Wellington boarders who were made to attend services.
Bob is a third generation Seatoun lad and was baptised in St Christopher's. Bob has been instrumental in restoring the stained glass windows and lead lights in many well known Wellington landmarks.
